hey i was just wondering how i could figure out or find info on my car. i believe it is a gts, but i have no proof and would like to know what number it is and how many were made with my specs
What the hell is different about a GTS? On my passenger side dash where the airbag is it says GTS. Mine is a black 94' GT covertible 5-speed. Do I have something special or something?
my car is very similar to your's except for the red interior. i see that you have the prod. number of your car and how many were made, this is what i want. how did you find that out? i have check on the net and can't find anything. will carfax provide this info?

go to www.carfax.com type in your vin number and if it comes up as a gt/gts then it is a gts, if it comes up as just a gt then it is a gt, but with 96-98 models on carfax all gt's come up as gt/gts.
Isn't there a production code for GTS? It was 248A in 1996, so what about 1994-95? I don't have my book with me, but a way to get production numbers is from the Mustang Red Book. BTW, SRS means Supplemental Restraint System; the airbags are a supplement to your active restraint system--seatbelt.
