Last week there was a Morpheus power pipe on ebay. I had been looking for one so I decided to bid and I won. The winning bid was 102.50 plus shipping came to 112.05 not bad for a brand new power pipe. The auction ended on the 19th I got no response from the seller JandM Motorsports until the 22nd. I was told the piece would ship on the 23rd. I was never given a tracking number which I thought was odd. Today I check my e mail at work and find this info from the seller Your package was returned on the 26th badly damaged and I cannot find another to sell you at the price that you won the auction at. WTF??? Is it just me or was I totally f**ked or what. This was my first and last transaction with JandM and ebay both. Has anyone else experienced anything like this before. Personally I dont think they ever shipped the thing to begin with. Where is a good place to buy a power pipe that I might actually recieve the damn thing? Thanks for letting me vent.

Have him refund your payment, I'm gonna take a guess that the seller regreted not using a reserve and would of taken a loss, thus made up a story. Happens all the time.

what payment service did you use? if you used paypal you have 30 days of that transaction to report and get a full refund. Anyway, get your money back. don't know why you're just sitting there.

I am getting my money back. I just wanted to vent sometimes it makes you feel better. Also just wanted to now if this was a comman pratice of ebay and ebay sellers having never delt with them before.

No, it's not. Have to understand, you're dealing with people. You can get ripped off on eBay just like in real life. I bought a subwoofer off there for $50. Took me 3 months and several calls to his local law enforcement to get it.

I've only been ripped one other time. The rest have been good.

I almost got ripped $725 for a complete 4.6L V8 out of a late model Mustang. I had Ebay, Paypal, and the credit card company by the balls until I got some of the money back! Thinking about it still ticks me off.
