I didn't need any C/C plates adn I have the stock shocks and the ride is fine But I plan to upgrade to 5 ways,As far as the bilstiens, go with 5 way tokicos!
The ride on stock shocks is awsome.
Although You should wait a couple of days and let them set up and then get an Alinement!

I have bilstiens. the ride is stiff but much more stable than stock. stock the car was very jumpy on uneven pavement. now you feel the bumps but the car responds well to them.

as far as ajustability I just came to the conclusion that I am to lazy to really ajust my shocks and struts to much. went with the bilstein because of the reputation they have for quality.

as far a cc plates I went with them because they are better than the factory mount in my opinion. they are more rigid (sperical bering vs rubber) and the fact that you can easily adjust you strut hight to compensate for a lowered car. you just mesure the top of your old strut and use the right amount of spacer to brin the strut up the amount the car is lowered. they are not "just" to bring the car back into alinment.

I went with Bilsteins because I did a lot of research and everyone seemed to like them best. I also have a 4x4 SUV that came with them stock and I am pleased there too. I bought the MM C/C plates because I needed the extra adjustment and liked the way the C/C plates also helped compensate for the compressed struts.
