So this weekend I had to leave my car at my unit because I had a three day drill..... I return to a hail damanged 5.0......... I have hail damage on the hood, roof frontand rear quarter panels, and both doors. My passenger mirror is shattered and my drivers side tail light is busted. The dents are not all that deep but now my car has a textured look to the whole thing..... How much do you think it will cost to fix all this? And what will have to be done...... by the way I was almost in tears when I seen all this.......

Man that sucks just ran out in a hail storm yesterday to move my car when all the storms swept through, only 2 or 3 ways to fix hail cars, pull the dents, fill the dents, and replace panels. Doors can be skinned fairly easily and trunk and hood fenders are easy enough, but the roof quarters and pillars are another story

Well thank you and I did get very lucky and I could of had it much worse. Many people have lost alot or everything so I dont really have a right to complain.

my new Honda crv got trashed last year...to weeks later and you would never know what happened, one thing to watch for: they take the liner off the inside roof...make sure all wired connections work, you have a tight fit and no rattles...good luck

Well The dealership couldnt exactly estamate it because of someting about an insurance adjuster and whatever but he told me it'd be atleast 8,500 for the roof. He said it could be as much as 12k to 15k which is crazy..... i wonder if the insurance company woukd just give me a little exra money to build a garage haha

If they're not too deep, I've heard of people using the Painless Dent Repair services to get them popped back out. It's supposed to work pretty well, with no repainting needed. I have no idea how long it would take them to do the whole car, though...

Unless you paid cash for it let the insurance company fix it and then SELL IT. You can buy another car dude.!
I had a Ford Ranger that was brand freeakin new and it got pelted by hail. Sold it and got a better truck. Funny thing is, it was parked outside a vacant garage.
Move on.

Dentless repair works, if there aren't too many dents.
Could be quite costly if there are. Also, you have to be able to reach the underside of the metal to do it.
