My 2003 Torch red Mach 1 was born on april 17th 2003. Today she turns 5 years old. I remember when she was bonestock sitting 4x4, & putting down less than 300rwhp. Now shes lookin all sexy & putting down 315rwhp & 327rwtq!!!! Wow, they grow up so fast LOL!!! I will NEVER get rid of her!!!

This is her when she was slightly modded. Notice the stock mirrors & spoiler & slightly higher stance...

Its funny. I own a Mach 1, yet i hated the wheels & the spoiler too...The deep dish Mach wheels are nice though....

Mine turns 5 years old in November. Not sure what day. Was never interested enough to look into it. But I'm not the original owner. I bought it in September '04 with 9K on her. Saved over $5K from buying a brand new one. They were still $27K-$30K around here. Not like other places around the country that were selling them for $22K or so, brand new.

Just realized something. Today is when the Mustang was introduced at the Worlds Fair in 1964. So your Mach shares a "birthday" with the original Mustang. Pretty cool.

My car and I have our one year anniversary coming up. I signed for her on 4/20/07, picked up 4/22. I just cleaned her all up today to celebrate.

Man, that setup of FR500's, cobra spoiler/mirrors and that drop looks great!!! How much is it lowered up front and out back?

Im not the original owner either, but I found out my build date on M1registry. I bought the car in september of 06.

Thanks....I bought her with 30k miles & she now has 46k...Still young...

Thanks. Im not sure how much its dropped exactly, but I know its over 2 inches... The car is a bit stiff, but honestly rides better than it did on H&R supersports....


Since it was her B-day, I went ahead & got her a big present. I said what the hell & ordered the complete Maximum Motorsports tubular k member package.... Now once I get this installed & the torque arm I have been waiting to get installed, I will have the complete MM setup...Go big or go home I guess.

How much lower than the H&R's is it now? I love how low your car is .. But i'd be scared to have mine that low because of my headers

I dont know when my mach was born but I love her. That cobra spoiler looks sick. I plan on getting one and some 01 cobra tails.

Yup, it couldve been, but I like the peice of mind that I will have my chassis all the way done when I ever do get some boost in my life... I will be able to get some nice 60ft's & then go do some corner carving if I want....dropping 40 lbs off the front end helps too, & I will have much better access to my header bolts now....
