hard starting while warm

what could cause my car to not start easily when its warm? but when its cold it fires right up and has a great sound when it fires up?

I think this is just something that our cars do. Mine has done it ever since I bought it 4 years ago.

If you still have the factory battery, that would be it.
Next I would make sure to have a freash set of Motorcraft plugs.
