Has anyone actually figured out how to really fix this?
My window is really pissing me off. The door slam thing only worked a couple of times when I first got the car. Most people's won't roll up, but mine won't roll down. It only works when it feels like it and it hasn't felt like working much lately. I don't think it's the switch, because I hear the "one touch down relay"click.
Is it the connection to the motor? Maybe I should replace the motor with one from the 98 parts car I drug home.
I want a REAL fix if anyone has one.
Thanks.

Anyone? Or do I have to tear into my door and figure it out myself? Surely someone has a real fix for this.

You could try testing it with the another relay. But it sounds like the motor is shot. You need to take the door apart and see if anything is holding the window up. I had the same problem had to get a new one.

Do you get a drop in voltage when you click the switch? It could still be the switch if it doesnt move at all.

But it works sometimes. It didn't work at all yesterday. It worked when I went to work this morning. It did not work when I went to lunch. It worked on my way home. I'm wondering if there is some kind of connection problem.

I will try both of your suggestions. Thanks

Anyone else?
