I have had a problem with my fuel gage since I bought the car, it would give a good reading then go to all the way full and put the low fuel light on. It was a naging problem, that I thought that would be cured by installing a new fuel sending unit in it, and it did, for a little while. Now it just gives me an inconsistant reading, all the time. Is it common to have a bad spot in the harness in one area, or could it actually be in the gage cluster. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance :nice:

i dont know, but dont forget to check the anti slosh module. it is behind the gauge...good luck.

i have not played with an anti-slosh module, but i have read in here that it is behind the gauge. it just kind of regulates the sender info, so as you slosh the fuel around, you gauge does not dance a lot (like the voltage regulator on the other gauges does). but since all the sender juice goes through it, that seems to be a likely place to check.
good luck.
