hatch lock

just got a new hatch dropped off at my house today and a saleen wing, so i want to put them buth on tonight, question is how hard is it to change locks from old hatch to new one since i dont have the new ones key? also what will i need to do it?

Drill out rivet on bottom. Pull the tang the holds the lock in. Pull lock out. Should not take more than a minute.
