Have Shaker 1000 In My 06 Gt Have A Question.

I have the shaker 1000 in my o6 gt. I am looking into changing out the radio to the AVH- 4100 NEX (Pioneer) and just changing out the 5x7 speakers front and back. Will I notice a differences. Or should I stay with the factory unit.
