head bolts

anyone know the size of the bolt that should fit into the thermactor thread in the head of an e7te head???

whats the best way to plug that otherwise?

ford sells plugs for the heads, they use the same threaded insert that the front of the heads have.

i tried to get one at the dealership but they didnt have any in stock. just tell them its the threads on the front of the heads for the ps/alt bolts. otherwards a spark plug will thread in, or summit sells the plugs.

there is fms ones and trickflow plugs i believe on their site.

i don't remember the size but i got some bolts at the hardware store for like 35 cents each... 1 inch long, 7/8 threads maybe?

unless you need the threaded insert, which you dont on the back of the head, i wouldnt pay 10 bucks for the TFS plugs.
