Im finally getting my LT's for my mach and im wondering what header gasket I should go with? I heard that percy's make a nice one but I would like to get some more opinions before taking that big leap. Also, Should I get different header bolts while im at it? Like the ford racing ones that suposedly dont back out? Thanks!

Just use JB Weld on everything and it'll seal up nice and tight and the bolts will never come back out. In fact, none of it will ever come off again.

Stock gaskets are the best I never had an issue with them. I would also recommend leaving the stock exhaust studs in also. Makes the install much easier as far as getting the headers bolted up.

I used the stock ford gaskets and they were fine on my 98. I just installed my headers on my 2000 with felpro and they are #%$! They leak very badly! Go with ford racing or the stock ford gaskets.

Get the OEM's ...bout $100 a set, but worth every penny!
