I'm looking in my Summit mag for copper gaskets, which I thought were the ones to get, but all I see is some kind of aluminum gasket by Felpro. They say they're the ones to get, and are reusable, but I want to make sure.

So, are they ok? I wasn't able to find the copper ones on their site, either.

I bought the copper gaskets for both of my cars and they perfrom great! I have never had a header leak or had my bolts back out. They work great in my opinion.

I just called summit and ordered them over the phone.

Ah, so they do carry them. I was figuring maybe they didn't since they weren't listed and they're supposed to be the best. I thought maybe there was a new product out that was better.

Ah well, thanks!

I use Mr Gasket Ultra seal header gaskets, after 20 years. ZERO leaks.

Mansonozz, I just did a search for my copper gaskets on summitracing.com and no results. They are Mr. Gasket Copperseal #7161 for 302-351W Ford Oval Port 1.25"x1.75"...maybe you can find them somewhere else and you might want the square port or whatever, I don't know, but that's the oval port part number...hope this helps. I had mine ordered from a local speed shop.

Engine Might have to get a Dart block but don't want to and if I do, then 363 instead of 331. Thoughts on what I've already bought so far.......
