my buddy just bought a 95 gt and it has bbk shortys on it but the driver side one leaks between the block and the header ......already tryed new gasket or seal or w/e ......what else could it be?
The gasket's still leaking. If a new gasket didn't solve the issue, the flange may be warped if all of the old gasket material was removed. If any was left behind, it created an imperfection that prevented the new gasket from sealing properly. It may be time to yank the header out and have a look if everything looks good. Lay a straight edge across the flange and see if it's damaged/warped at all. Take a look around the ports on the heads to see if there's any gouges that would prevent it from sealing properly, too.
