So I was thinking about getting the ford racing true dual exhaust for my v6 stang

but I also was thinking about long tube headers. My questions are what is the best brands that are well priced and how do I know if they will fit my new exhaust system. I dont know much about headers so any info will be helpful

I wouldnt waist the money on a exhaust like that. I took mine to a shop and had a custom exhaust made. custom bent tubes for the left side, h pipe two maginflow mufflers and two chrome 9" tips installed for 417 dollars.

please explain why I shouldn't waste it on this, first I don't have many custom exhaust places nearby so the prices will be higher and second this is higher quality then magnaflow I'm not looking to just be loud

Any muffler shop should be able to hang mufflers and bend\run some pipe. They don't have to be a custom specialty shop. I bought a pair of GT takeoffs for about $50 on eBay, a X-pipe for about $20, and had a guy in a muffler shop install it all for $200.
