Hi,can anyone tell me what the difference is between the 79-93 5.0 headers and the 94-95 headers? Can the earlier headers be used on the 94-95's without too much hassle? Thanks

Depends on what heads your using. Stock or gt40 you can. GT40p you cant. And otherwise the only other difference is the EGR bung on the passenger side header that the foxes dont have. Why do you want to use stock fox headers anyway?

HI,I was just wondering.D&D sells a complete swap kit for various engines into 79-93 foxes. I was wondering on a 351w or clevor, or 429/460 swap into a 94 v6. The kits come with headers,so I was wondering if there were fitment issues to use the earlier headers. I know you guys like efi but I was thinking carb as I wouldn't have to buy the wiring, computer, injectors etc.

up here in Canada,we have a hot rod class for emission testing, with higher parameters. I can also use the EGR plate that goes under the carb if I have to. Thanks for your help,I wasn't expecting an answer quite this fast. Thanks again

That is all true if you are using shorties. Long Tube headers have the collectors closer towards the center making it impossible to use a 94-95 bellhousing.

what is the difference between the 94-95 bellhousing and earlier ones? Can an aod be used or is it too big?

The bellhousing is longer on the 94-95's as well as the input shaft on the transmission. This is with the T5. I have no clue about the AOD or AODE because I've never used them.
