I guess I would pull it aprt and see if anything is holding it out. Maybe a broken back plate for the plate itself? It took a while to get mine straight too.

Its been a couple of years since I replaced mine, but I believe there is a sequence to which of the 3 lights you have to put in first so they will fit together. Like I said, its just something i think i am remembering. I would loosen all the nuts first and then see if you can get them to move around and fit. If that doesn't work, take the nuts completely off, try to get them all alligned together. If your original lights fit fine, then your probably just not getting the pegs aligned with the holes in the header.

mY BUMPER still doesnt line up right so im taking it off and re-doing it very soon.

questions are:

1. The headlight bracket thing didnt for some reason line up right with the cover but i got it finally with a screw. the thing is the screw is blocking the fender and bumper to meet. the studs that come out of the headlight bracket for the cover to slide onto would'nt go on good so i had to force it and it is loose without the screw in it. could i use epoxy to hold the headlight bracket studs onto the bumper cover? if not, what could i use to hold them together.

2. and for some reason the bumper cover part where the headlights would go into the bottom of that wehre the headlights rest on the bumper should have rivets from the cover into the headlight bracket.. that would'nt line up either for some odd reason. im trying to figure it all out.

This probaly has to do with it....

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance
