Electrical Headlight Issues

Most likely in my mind its a fuse, two different boxes, one under steering wheel and one under the hood, just look at each fuse and make sure its not blown, and if its not that then my second guess is the bulb itself because headlight bulbs have two filaments and maybe both of your low beam filaments are blown but it sounds more like a fuse to me.
