Ok, here is my question. I have heard that if you get 99+ heads and intake for the 94-98 then it gives it a lot more hp. Is this true? If so how much would hp would it add and how much would this cost?
The 99+ have split port induction versus the 94-98's single port.. to do the swap, you need the heads and intakes, throttle body, egr valv, egr tube and abunch of other little pieces, not to mention a new fuel rail.. Go to velocitymustngperfomance.com .. he sells the complete kits for $600. The power difference is roughly 40 hp.
