Since my car was delivered December and it has always had a problem with the heater/AC blower fan controls.

For whatever reason... you can not direct the air to blow towards the floor.
It blows fine out the top vents and from the defrost vents, but anytime you select the floor or any combination with the floor, all the air seems to get blown onto the windshield through the defrost vents.

Anyone else have this problem AND have had it fixed by their local dealership?

I am not too keen on having my local yuck-yuck mechanic start tearing into my dash without at least a TSB report on how to fix it.

I wonder if it is a real problem! My '05 GT was built the last week of April and I thought I had the same problem as the rest of our community. It sounds like all the air is blowing through the defrost vents when the FLOOR is selected, but if you turn the fan up to high and put your hand up to where the air comes out, you can definitely feel the difference of airflow through the vents from each of the available positions. With FLOOR selected, only the center section of the windshield vent is pushing air. Keeping the heat on and to the FLOOR position, I put my hand down near my knee and find plenty of heat coming out. I'm happy the way it is. I guess I'm at fault for believing there was a problem because of what my ears were telling me. Once I used my other senses (touch and common) I now know I don't have a problem. Hope this helps.

Not sure about your car... but my feet are FREEZING!

However my radio seems quite warm.

mine works normally, when heater is selected, most comes out at the floor, and a little at the windshield to keep it from freezing. this is the way my gmc yukon works too.

This works great for the winter time with the heat on. But the summer time my windshield fogs up with the A.C on from time to time. I carried it to the dealership a couple of times several months ago they said Ford knew there was a problem but there was no fix at the present time.
