Heater Control Help

I have a 2010 GT and would like someone to check to see how their air controller works. With the heater turned on and I have the air indicating the direction of flow is to the floor only I can still feel and hear some air coming out of the defroster. I would think that there shouldn't be anything coming out of the defroster when it is set for floor only. The other two settings ( dash vent/floor & defrost/floor ) work as I would expect them to. Thanks

They design this to allow some air to flow through the defrost. Guess they figure if it is cold, they need to blow just enough air on the windshield to help fogging issues.
