I have vacuum to check valve, reserve ball hooked up and no leaks, I'm thinking my problem is in the controllers? Any ideas?

There is a very thin hard vacuum line that runs along the firewall, it breaks all the time. Check it out. If it broke, you can take a piece of thin hollow brass tube (from a hobby supply shop) that fits snugly inside the vacuum line and use that to reconnect the two pieces where it broke.

...or slide each broken end into small piece of rubber vacuum line until you can get a replacement.

Well I've found that if a plastic line breaks in one spot, before you can slip a rubber hose on it will break in another place.
I just replace as much as I can with rubber.
