What size is the bolt that the orange HEGO ground wire uses, and where does it go?? I lost the bolt. 86 5.0

Bolt it to the back of the head or a bolt on the intake, I've used the studded bolt so a nut goes on top.

I have bolted it to the back of the driver's head. At the same spot where the firewall ground strap is. Believe the hole in the head is 7/16"-14.

That's where I put mine. Just bolted to the back of the head in an open spot. I used a differet spot for the firewall ground
