Hel With Kickdown Cable Connection With Aftermarket Shift Lever

Resto modding my father inlaw 67 stang. I have a TCI Streetfighter c4 and a B&M sport shifter, how do I connect the kickdown cable to the B&M shift lever.

Keep in mind the TCI C4 streetfighter did not come with the kickdown shaft tab that B&M instructs me to cut, so I need help connecting the kickdown cable.

Hey All I got my question answered, spoke to TCI tech support and they informed me that I must remove the kickdown lever/shaft from my old C4 and install it onto my new TCI tranny in order to use the kickdown linkage.

Does anyone has the steps to remove and install the kickdown lever for the C4?
