Ok I just got back from work, drove my car up there, and it was totally fine, but when I started it up to go back home, all of a sudden it started idling at 3,000rpm. Why is it doing this?
Take off your IAC from the front of your TB. Mine did that years ago and I had to replace mine. Try to clean it first. You might have to buy another one though.
Absent codes, I'd disconnect the IAC electrical connector and see what the idle does. If the idle comes right down, you found the issue. If it stays high, look for a really big vacuum line that came loose.

I dont think its a vacuum leak, because the idle is constant just high, it doesnt try to die on me. I will investigate the IAC, and I dont think its codes because the check engine light isnt on when this is happening. I'm familiar with the IAC after owning a merkur...
