I have a question regarding the Paxton Supercharger setup for carbed Fords. Can you run the setup with an A/C? If so, how would you setup the belts?

Would this work with three belts:

1. Blower, Crank
2. Crank, Water Pump, Alternator
3. Crank, Water Pump, A/C

Is it ok to run more than one belt on the water pump?

Also, does anyone know of any serpentine conversions that would work with the blower and A/C?

Thanks.

it depends on the blower type(SN kit or Novi)but either way, you dont change your existing belt set up.The blower geta crank pulley sanwiched to the stock one and then get a ribbed belt that drives only the blower.

Paxton has a website and a phone number to answer these type of questions. If that is the only question you have about the blower setup, you obviously aren't serious.

Hey, thanks for the great answer.

I was wondering about the belt setup with the blower and A/C and I didn't really feel like calling Paxton while I'm at work.

If I would have had any other questions about the blower setup . . . I would have asked. Since I didn't ask about anything else . . . I didn't want an answer to anything else. So, don't tell me I'm not serious.

Does the Paxton setup come with a crank pulley for the v-belts and the blower? Or, is it just a pulley for the blower that you use with your existing crank pulley?
