My 88 gt has been running fine. I was driving home on the highway this afternoon, about 90 degrees outside. After the 45 minute or so ride at around 70-75mph, I exited the highway and when I slowed down, the car stalled. I tried to restart it, and it would crank and start, but then die. Did this a few times, some times it would idle real rough for a few seconds then die. After a few minutes it started and I had to hold the gas pedal down to keep it running, and got it about a mile before it stalled again, and couldnt get it to stay running. I let it sit for about an hour, tried again and it started fine and idled fine, drove it out of the parking lot and then it stalled again. Lucky I was close to home and pushed it home. Any ideas? It has stalled from the same scenario above before, but would restart and run fine.
