I have a 95 GT. A few weeks ago I slung my belt off and beat up some stuff under the hood. I got all of the pulley/belt issues fixed and started to drive my car. It did great for about 20 minutes then the Ignition module went out. Well i replaced it, then the very next day the new one went out. So i thought i may have just gotten a bad module and replaced it. The car started for about 15 seconds and died. Wouldnt crank back up. I got the car home and tried to start it and noticed the fuel pump wasnt cutting on. So i replaced the fuel pump and still nothing. A friend mentioned changing the CCRM and i did. It ran fine for about 2 hours or so then it died and wouldnt crank back. The ignition module tested out fine. Any ideas on what can cause this???? Im stumped. BTW i am new to the forums.

Have you checked all fuses and/or relays?

Have you looked at the distributor at all?

Just some places to start...

I tried new relays and it didnt help any. I havent looked at the distributor. I didnt think about it. What would i need to check for? Also what all does the ccrm control? It controls the fuel pump and fan doesnt it? My fan is straight wired so it shouldnt be an issue but the fuel pump isnt kicking on.

The CCRM controls the EEC relay and WOT relays (in addition to those mentioned).

You might take a read through This link. It might have some helpful info.

When it won't catch, have you checked for spark and injector pulsing? Once the key has been on for about 5 seconds (past the fuel-pump prime-out), if you turn the crankshaft a little bit, does the FP kick on, and do the injectors buzz?

That's the WOT relay (the AC system doesn't have a power relay - the WOT relay simply opens the circuit at WOT).
