HELP! Cranks but doesn't start, No fuel, No spark

I was driving home last night and my car chugged a couple times and died on me. I have no spark, the fuel pump relay is not kicking on, and I'm at a loss. I put in a few known good parts including distributor (with good TFI), ignition coil, ignition switch, EEC relay, and even swapped computers. I have 3.5 volts at the EEC relay, injectors and inertia switch. I really need some help, I'm ready to set it on fire....

Did you run the Cranks but no start checklist?

Since power into the systems is low, check the fusible links off the solenoid for a bad connection or melting link.

Links don't really degrade with age. If you only have 3.5V going into your EEC relay, going back to the link for the relay and testing both sides of the link is logical.

Thanks for your help!

I tracked it down to the fusible link coming off the starter solenoid, on the 20ga blue wire that feeds the EEC. It wasn't completely burnt, but enough so when you moved it, everything went haywire. It was tough to trace because it was intermittent, but I finally found it. I'm gonna replace some more wires that looked suspect to prevent anymore electrical gremlins. Thanks again for your help...
