I want to know how to run my car, and what kit i need to run my 5.0 with a vortech s-trim charger, with no A/C or smog pump, i just want power steering, and alternator obviously, but what kit should i use or parts to have this setup

get an ASP smog eliminator for the SC bracket.
for the AC, just get the simple AC delete from FRPP

Bingo, UPR makes an elim just like the ASP one on the cheap. The FRPP AC elim is the way to fly as far as the drivers side is concerned.
