HELP! HELP! 96 COBRA Loss of Power At Hight RPM

I have a problem. Not really major but everytime I go WOT I lose power on the top end. The Tach seems to get stuck at High RPM's. Last time I posted this same problem and I replaced the spark plugs with NGK TR6 and the problem went away, but now the problem has returned. When the car is Idle I feel a light stutter here and there. Also, when I am at a Red Light, My gauge indicates that I a running rich. I have no issues when I drive normally. I ordered some new spark plugs to see if the helps and I should receive them tommorow. Does anybody else have any ideas on what the problem could be. Has anyone ever experienced this problem??
Also are there any 96 Cobra owners with a vortech at 8 psi? What spark plug and what gap should I use? I currently have mines gapped at .35 NGK TR6.

All suggestions would be really appreciated.

I'm assuming you have an A/F guage, what does it read when the problem occurs?

Also have you pulled the plugs? Is it missing? Worked on a lightning a while back; ran ok at idle and normal driving, but get on it hard and it ran like ****. Pulled the plugs, and 2 or 3 of them the electrodes were completely worn away.

Try gapping them at .035 and see what that does.

Also have you checked the wires for any arcing? What about the A/F sensors(what are they reading?) and is the MAF clean?

Most of the time at Idle it always stays at 14.9-15.0 but sometimes especially when I stop at a red light, it goes to lean to 20.0 or sometimes it goes rich like in the 13's but it is rare. Sorry about the typo I do run my spark plugs at 0.030. What needs to be cleaned on the MAF? How do I clean it?

When you say arching do you mean removing one of the spark plug wires from its cylinder?

The owner of the car said it had a superchips chip and it was tuned but I forgot to get all the data sheets from him.
