I had to jump start my car after leaving it sitting for a bit. When I did, my high beams and my stereo no longer worked. I checked all of the fuses under the dash and they all seem okay. Any suggestions?

Only high beams don't function? Lows and other lighting is ok? Does flash to pass function properly (both low and highs on at the same time)?

Yes low beams work fine, the flash to pass does not work.....I know its a weird one huh? All other lights and electronics work except for my radio.

Well just don't drive it at night and radio's are distracting. j/k

The two aren't related in the fuse panel (which my first thought is to double check them all). Other than that I'm drawing a blank on why they wouldn't work after a jump.

FTP doesn't function at all, or only the low beams illuminate during FTP?

Okay, I pulled the stereo. The fuse was blown on the back of the unit. Now, what should I check for the headlights?

I'd check the in/out voltage for the high beams at the multi-function switch.

Is there a separate relay for the high beams?

There are no relays in the headlight circuit at all. The MF switch is what switches lows and highs, and activates PTF.
