Help, how do I remove fuel filter from a 2001 GT?

I got the tank off, the six bolts to seal the pump, how do I get the rest out?

I have gas in it

I am installing an SVT focus pump, fyi.

you need a special tool to remove the fuel line. it is less than $10 from any parts store.

That's the tool I have. I also have a different style of fuel disconnect tool. Pearl02.

Use the side that fits real snug to compress the retaining spring.
