HELP! IAC Mounting question?

So I bought a "Wells" Aftermarket IAC Valve. The directions tell me to install it backwards and this is "very important". But it is impossible my oil fill tube is in the way. Can anyone tell me if I have to do this? I would assume yes so I am screwed and have to return the part and get a ford one.

never mind, I figured it out myself. Exhaust and Intake are specific, they reversed them on the aftermarket one. Im returning it today and buying OEM.
