Hey guys i had my car scanned because the check engine light was on and it has 2 bad o2 sensors. It said that it was sensor 1 bank 1, and sensor 2 bank 1. I was just wondering if those are the 2 that are in front of the convertor and if they are will it work if i just switch them with the ones behind the convertor?

Bank 1 Sensor 1 and Bank 1 sensor 2 would be your pre cat and post cat o2s on which ever bank cylinder #1 is on. No you can not switch them. In order for your car to throw a code for a post cat 02 problem you must have a bad cat or none at all.

That is your front, and rear o2 sensor on the passenger side.

Good luck.

With the LT"s and exhaust you have I would imagine that your CEL will stay on till you get some MIL's or just turn the sensor off with a tune.

This is the correct answer. front and rear passenger side. What was the code. It won't just say they are bad. There are several o2 related codes, and while the sensors could be bad it isn't likely they would just go out at the same time. There may be another issue that is causing the code.
