Ok, Id like to see some opinions on which cam you would choose for my setup.
The only thing is, it has to work with 1.7rr without having to make any more modifications to pistons etc.

What lift would you suggest I run, mainly track car, some weekend street driving too.
And is it true when you switch cams you have to put new rods and lifters in?
