so lately its become very bad. its like a loud creak, or almost a bang from the front end ANY time weight is shifting from front to back. ANY time i step on the brakes fairly firmly and im releasing them, when the weight shifts back i hear it. its like a bang, but not really tinny like metal on metal would sound. kinda like a thud i guess. i was thinking maybe the K member or possibly the front swaybar.
mods are in sig, thanks in advanc!

I'd start by looking at all of your suspension bushings. I had a swaybar bushing on my '97 Explorer that was causing some racket kinda' like what you're describing, but it was hard to tell it was bad unitl I looked real close...

So you have all new bushings? A-arm bushings? Maybe your caster camber plates have worn out? Jack the car up and start shaking ****, see if lifting and dropping the wheel does anyhting.
