Help me with tranny questions and my tremec order please

Well, heres my situation. my '86 mustang has a dying t-5 in it.. its horrible, not drivable barely. my '90 mustang is about to be put back together with a heavy H/C/I combo. i expect 300RWHP easily. it has a perfect working T-5 in it. but i fear im going to destroy that, easily. so what im doing is getting a loan from my dad for my 20th birthday to buy all this. then ill pay him back for it.

Please check over all this for me, if you know any better deals, or anything that wont work or that i should know. let me know.

i picked jegs to do all my shopping at this time, unless theres something cheaper.

questions:

1. Can i use my '90 T-5 tranny in my '86? anything need to be changed etc?

2. Will THIS Pro-5.0 shifter work on the tranny listed? just to make sure. i hear everybody rave over their pro-5.0 so thats what id like

3. will This Flywheel work on my '86 with the '90 t-5?, with a centerforce dual friction clutch?

4. Are those aftermarket throwout bearing retainers actually helpful? or another one of those pointless parts?
