Trying to get car to run. New ignition module, New starter solenoid, New pip, cap, ignition switch. Sprayed starting fluid in and it backfired but wouldn't start. Anyone got any ideas? Was told the ecm might be bad?

Have you tried to run codes? That will hopefully put you on the right track to what is really wrong.
Have you used @jrichker ’s cranks but no start check list?

Cranks OK, but No Start Checklist for Fuel Injected Mustangs

Cranks OK, but No Start Checklist for Fuel Injected 5.0 Mustangs model years 1986-1995 A word about this checklist before you start: it is arranged in a specific order to put the most likely failure items first. That will save you time, energy and money. Start at the top of the list and work...

We get intermediate spark. Some cranks with spark, some with none. Doesn't seem to have much fuel pressure. Replaced the fuel pump before it sat for almost 2 years. Last time it was driven, when we turned the car to the right, the car would shut off. Started right back up.

Unfortunately. We bought new fuel pump, old one wasn't working. (Cheap from Rock Auto). He is finally home now and is getting frustrated since we have changed so many parts. The most expensive part was $69, but have changed: Coil, pip sensor, cap, rotor, ignition module, starter solenoid, fuel pump, jumped neutral safety switch....Checked all fuses, checked wiring on/around top of motor to key. Only thing we have not done is the ECM.

Thats just a junction where the fusible links connect to the wire that goes to the battery/solenoid.

Think we found a broken wire from coil. There is spark to coil but not to top of cap. Tried different coil wire just in case but get the same result. Noticed the yellow wire off the coil seems to have been fried at some point because it looks broken and burnt in the fusable link. (What we believe is the link)
