On my old Fox you got to it from the inside. I really am not sure though, so don't go ripping your interior trim panels off

well u gotta pull the weather strip out of the top of the door seal, then you have to take the screws out of the seal retainer, under that theres more screws to take out, down at the bottam of that molding peice towards the front of the car theres an 8mm bolt to take out, at the seam at the top of the molding were the part your trying to take loose is: push up on the front peice easily but forcefully (you can scratch your car) set it aside, then go inside and take off the rear seatbelt, then the quarter sail, and u got 3or4 10mm nuts in different spots, then it will pull off easily. good luck

Beat me to it !

First thing is to pull down the weather stripping around the pass side window , you have to remove the medal bracket that holds the weather stipping it will have maybe 5 Torx head screws , underneath the removed medal bracket you will have maybe 4 Phillips head screaws that hold the Pillar molding on , remove the screws ( you do not have to remove the pillar molding , just get it loose , now go inside the car , back by the window defoster hookup , ( this way is faster then removing the whole seatbelt ) get your hands a slowly start pulling the inside panel out , as its held in with medal clips , after the clips release , it will give you room to get a socket (cant reamber what size) in the hole behind the panel to unbolt the outside panel (maybe 4-5 bolts) , Now go back outside and pull up on the Pillar panel that you unbolted first (do not remove it all the way , just enough to detach the medal clip from the back panel , ) now slowly pull off the back panel ,and its off ! easy as pie !

not really it only takes maybe 12mins tops with the rite tools, especially when removing the windsheild, you gotta be pretty quick to keep the install time to a minimum.
