So I bought some U/D pulleys for my 04 GT from a reputable company. Received them, water pump and dampener installed just fine. The alternator pulley is the wrong depth! As you can see in the picture, the part of the pulley where it slides over the shaft of the alternator is the same depth as the main body of the pulley. My stock pulley has about an extra 1/4" of material in the center that sticks out and stops the pulley from touching the alternator casing when installed. I've seen some companies offer spacers and or lock washer with their U/D pulley kits, but mine didn't come with one and the company says they don't offer anything else, no spacer, no different pulley. All I need is this magical spacer so I can complete my install. Anyone know where I can get this spacer? Or dimensions? Any ideas???

If you're really worried about it, just meassure the different in the stock pulley to the new one, then throw on some washers accordingly to shim up there difference. When I had Steeda UDP's they didn't need shimmed and didn't include anything.

Hmm double check your box! I got some March U/D pulleys and we struggled for a LONG time trying to get the pulley on right, and it just kept bottoming out. FINALLY I found a bag that came with the pullys, it was in my dressor, and it had a little spacer. Worked like a charm
