Went to start car and car started fine but starter kept spinning(clean spin, no grind). Car would shut off but starter would keep trying to crank so had to disconect battery. Every time battery connected starter cranks.

Items replaced:
Starter Cylinoid x2
Starter
Ignition Switch

So...I'm all out of ideas...where should I go from here?

Hmm, so you replaced the Soleniod twice, the starter once, and the ignition switch. Do you have all the wires right on the soleniod? I would check that first since you can do it by looking at it. Mine done that once, and I replaced the starter and it was fixed. Id check the wiring first.

The later models used the mini starter unless I am mistaken. It is wired differently from the old style starters.

See http://www.autozone.com/servlet/UiB..._us/0900823d/80/1d/db/3c/0900823d801ddb3c.jsp for wiring diagram help.

Yes it is wired different. The large starter wire that used to run on the terminal by itself now runs to the other one. Then their is a little wire that runs to the right post by itself.

I had the same problem and someone was watching my Solenoid and [if you got the the one that has 2 large terminals and 2 small termanils] there was a arche between the 2 small termanils.....not sure what the second would be for, but it is not used. I capped it off problem has not come back since. Do you have any copper showing on your terminals near the solenoid that runs from battery you could have a bad connection. JAS
