ok heres the deal ive got a strange shake to the car. when i first get in the car and start down the road the whole front of the car shakes like crazy. after about a mile the car begins to ride smoother but i can still feel a slight shake in the steering wheel and a real light lobe feeling in the front exp. at about 20 to 30 mph. at about 100 it shakes pretty bad in the steering wheel. Ive put new tires on it new inner tie rods and was told the outters were perfectly fine. from what i can tell the struts look fine. ive put 3.73 in it a year and a half ago but it was doing it before that. please help me guys by summer i want my car perfect. what could it be if you need more info let me know

does the brake pedal pulse or shaking change when applying the brake? if so it could be a warped rotor. if not get those new tires checked out, check lower ball joint.
also how cold is it there. i let my car set for a few months(don't like to drive it in the winter)and on a -20 degree day my pickup woudn"t start, out of curiosity i tried my car it started. the tires had flat spots in them from the cold, shook like crazy but it went away after a few miles.

your other problem sounds like the propotioning valve is cutting the rear pressure out too low or it need bleeding.

No were not opened on mondays!!!

I need to go shopping after work though!!!

BTW, I wonder if it could be your harmonic balancer, that could cause the car to shake!!!!!!
Those tend to wear out and your car probably still has the factory original in it!!!

if you pedal is stiff and dosnt go down more than half way to engage the breaks id look for a proportioning valve(or remote possibility that the friction material on shoes isn't compatable with the drums).
