So I have a 2000 3.8 manual. Late model if I’m not mistaken. For the last year or so I’ve been having an issue with my engine shaking. Mostly during idle The mounts have already been suggested a few times but there some wierd quirks. Most of the time it shakes. Every so often though I can get from A to B without issue and sometimes it goes away for about a week or so. Sometimes it feels like everything is shaking and others it feels like just the front end and intensity varies. At its worst it shakes like crazy during idle but slows down when I start moving and smooths completely at 4th and 5th gear. I’ve seen this to be a common issue with new edge mustangs but can’t find a one size fits all solution. It’s been driving me crazy for about a year now. Just a little back story. I got the car as a gift and 3 days later the input/output shaft fused together. Transmission replacement took about 6 months and ended up being replaced with a 98 v6 trans and the shaking started 3 months after I got it back. Naturally my alignment is out of wack and pretty sure this issue caused a blown head gask.

All solutions welcome unless you’re telling me about a v8 cause I’m aware.
