I have some rust around the window on my 66 coupe. I couldn't find any "patch" panels for these areas. What can I do? I realll didn't want to replace the entire roof. This was from having a vinyl roof. I do not want to put another vinyl top on.

That looks pretty bad. It would be hard to fix without using at least part of a roof from another car. If the rest of the roof is good maybe you could get the part of the roof from a donor car that goes around the back window. I know that won't be easy unless you're an experienced body man but it would be easier than changing the whole roof.

I have some rust.

I think that's the understatement of the century. Whatever you end up doing, make sure you get it absolutely right or you will have a really hard time getting a windshield to seal properly. Mine wasn't nearly that bad, a few places with pinhole rust, and I always had leaky windshields (until I caulked around the outside of the moulding - that's going to be a PITA when I get it repainted). Good luck and keep us posted on what you do.
