Help! Water coming into the rear seat foot-well

Hi,
I have water coming into my 2005 Mustang behind the drivers seat in the rear passengers foot-well after it has rained. This only seems to happen if parked on an incline.
I can only assume its somehow coming through the door but cant see from where?
I know its not from the front as I cured that problem by unblocking the water drains in the scuttle under the pollen/cabin filter and replacing the filter. the filter housing was full to the top with water prior to draining it, That cured the water into the front passengers foot-well and no problems there since.
Its just the rear leak that has me stumped.

Hi I looked at the seals and the rubber looks a bit dry and when gently pushed it easily breaks away from the glass, I guess that is why it only appears to come in when the rain drives from a certain direction, Many thanks, I will keep an eye on that and investigate it further.

Hi yep I think that may be the issue, I have also found that there is an issue with water coming in through the hard plastic trim that goes round the window from the windscreen along the top then down the side, this caused by the adhesive seal breaking down so when it gets drier I will have a look there this is an you tube link to fix that problem.
