OK guys,

Well I bit the bullet and took everyone's advice to restore the interior of my 65 fastback myself.
Over the past two days I have removed all the seats, interior panels, and carpeting and am ready to get cleaning before I sound proof.

On removal of the all the carpet I noticed some surface rust and two pinholes.
Most of the rust is concentrated on the driver's side floor board.
I bought a wire brush and went to town and removed most of the rust.
I have purchased 6 cans of ZeroRust aerosol and 125SF of RAAMmat (like dynomat) and 6 yards of ensolite.
http://www.raamaudio.com/

The questions are:
What is the proper way to clean and prep the floor?
How and how much aerosol ZeroRust do I apply?
After applying the ZeroRust, how long before I can put down the DynoMat-like product?

BEFORE

AFTER
Car will have Black/White Pony interior to match the exterior. Imagine everything Ivy turning black, and everything white will remain white but newer...

Since you've got a little rust on the drivers side, I'd pour some water in the cowl and see if its leaking. It would suck to have to do all of this work again in a couple of years, maybe even have to replace floor pans.
