Help With Pictures

How do I insert a picture from my hard drive directly into the body of a reply or post? I know how to do the attachment but not the insert into the body.
Example is current post in 4.6 talk asking people to post their favorite picture of their car.

Please help.

That picture on your hard drive does you no good to post in a web forum. You must upload it to a web service or web site in order to have it load on a page.

When you have it loaded on an http or ftp web server, wrap

tags around the picture's URL.

You don't have admin access to a website? Use photobucket.com. Hope this helps you.
