Just recently I have a weird sound right after I start the car. It's a high pitched sound that only lasts about second and starts right after the engine is started and not while it's cranking. I've traced it to the back of the motor and I know that my clutch is starting to go out, so does anybody know if this could be causing it?

Can you elaborate on the sound a little more? I know you said high pitched sound .... but what does it sound "like". Metallic? Whistle?
