Help with squeeky belt, it's embarrassing

I changed my pulley on my supercharger from a 3.5" to a 3.3" and I put a new 1073 Napa Gates belt on. I noticed that this belt was at least 3/4 of an inch larger with the same part numbered original Gates that came with the Novi Anyway, I've had this belt on for about 3 weeks now and it started to squeek. Does this mean there's too much slack in the belt, or is it just a POS and I need to start over? As soon as I sprayed a little belt dressing on it, the sqeeking temporarily goes away. Therefore, I know it's not a pully or pump. Any ideas?
